How to Use
the Web Store

STEP2　Login to Web Store with Bandai Namco ID ①Launch ONE PEACE Bounty Rush from the Official HP or Search for Web Store②Click the Login Button③Login with Bandai Namco ID ※This is an image for reference only. ※Please check that the ID linked in the app and the ID used for Web Store login are the same.※To use Web Store, you need to register an email address with your Bandai Namco ID.
STEP3　Purchase & Receive in Game ①Select a product in Web Store②Click the Purchase Button③Purchase Complete④Receive in Game ※This is an image for reference only.※Items purchased in Web Store will be granted in the Home Screen of the app.
STEP4　How to Use Promotion Codes Proceed through to STEP2 (Log in with Bandai Namco ID), the same as when purchasing a product. ①Click the Promotion Code Input button②Enter the promotion code③Promotion code entry complete④Receive the product in-game ※This image is for reference only.※Items purchased in the Web Store will be granted when you go to the Home screen in the app.

FAQ

  • ID Link may not be enabled in the app.
    Please check that "Link to Bandai Namco ID" is enabled in "Link Data".

    Follow the instructions below to confirm.
    Menu > Link Data
    If "Link to Bandai Namco ID" has been enabled, the following screen will appear.

    Note: Only available to mobile users. Steam users can use the Web Store by enabling Multi-Login.
  • After making a purchase or exchange in the Web Store, open the Home Screen in the app to automatically receive your items.

    ・Paid Rainbow Diamonds will be added directly to your balance.
    ・All other items will be sent to your Gift Box.

    If the items don’t appear, please try restarting the app.

    Note: Items can only be claimed on the mobile version of the app.
  • To use a promotion code, select 'Enter Promotion Code' on the screen.
    Log in with your Bandai Namco ID, just as you would when making a purchase, and then enter the code.
    Promotion codes will be announced during future live broadcasts and other promotion campaigns.
  • Product purchases are limited to adults only.
    The criteria for adults and minors are determined based on the laws of each country.
  • The Web Store accepts the following payment methods.
