FAQ

• What is Multi-Login?

  This feature allows you to share accounts and associated data between your PC and mobile device on a single account.
  Multi-Login shares different sorts of data between the two platforms so users can use both the mobile and PC versions of the game after it is set up.
• Will all data be shared after configuring Multi-Login?

  Rainbow Diamonds, League Ranks, and other rankings are tracked separately for the mobile and PC (Steam) versions.
  Most other data, such as Player Level, Battle Characters you own, Training Status, Items and Medals you own, Event pass, Rush pass etc. is shared between both versions.
  

  
• How do I claim Rainbow Diamonds?

  You can only claim Rainbow Diamonds through either the mobile or PC(Steam) version.
  (You can select which version will receive the Rainbow Diamonds with the button at the top of the Gift Box.
  This button will only display for users with Multi-Login configured).

  
• How many accounts can be linked?

  Multi-Login can be configured between 1 mobile device and 1 PC (Steam account).
• How is Multi-Login set up?

  The "Link Data" feature can be used to configure Multi-Login.
  ①Please link your data with one of the link method on the menu screen beforehand.
  

  

  

  ②If you want to configure Multi-Login from a different platform than ①, please start the game and select the data link method you have set for ① at "Multi-Login" on the title screen.

  [Important]

  If you are playing ONE PIECE Bounty Rush on the mobile version and wish to continue using the same account (via Multi-Login), make sure to click the Multi-Login button on the Steam® version title screen and configure Multi-Login.

  Please be aware that if you create a new Bounty Rush account on the Steam® version and link it to your Steam account, you will not be able to unlink it.
• What IDs can be used for Multi-Login?

  Apple IDs, Google account IDs and Bandai Namco IDs are usable.
• Are all battle types available on the PC (Steam) version?

  Almost every type of battle, such as League Battles, Challenge Battles, Boss Battles/Rush Battles, etc. can be played.
  However, the Championship is currently available only on the mobile version.
  Please play on the mobile version if you wish to participate.
• Is there crossplay between mobile and PC (Steam) versions?

  The PC (Steam) version will only support crossplay for Room Matches, Free Matches and Alliance Battles.
  League Battles is not supported.
• Can the PC version be played without downloading?

  The Steam requires a total of 7GB of storage space.

• Can I make purchase on the PC version?

  Purchases can be made on the PC version with the following.

  Please note that Rainbow Diamonds purchased on the PC version are separate from those purchased on the mobile version.
